The heads of the Emmett_Nancy_Roberto award
committee had their first Ad Hoc meeting at
Smith and Wollensky's SteakHouse, Manhattan
10-19:

Co-Chairs Rudi Martel and CATMAN MEOW decided
to award the first Emmett_Nancy_Roberto award
to (Cat Meow's please) Emmett_Nancy_Roberto.

To claim your prize please e-mail Rudi or
Catman with your real name and e-mail address
or Home adress by 10-31. Otherwise we will
choose an alternate winner. (If you post it
here, we will choose an alternate winner.
Your confidentiality is guaranteed.)

Rudi will explain the rules when he returns
to Switzerland.

It was also decided that Rudi and CATMAN
will take themselves out of the running for
the prize to prevent any conflicts of interest or anti-trust suits on the scale
of Bill Gates/Microsoft.

ANy suggestions on this award will be greatly
appreciated. HAPPY FLYING! CATMAN

Actually, I'm not feeling bad at all. The first of these awards should definitely go to
its' namesake. What would an emmett_nancy_roberto award be, if they had never won it? Now, if I win the award later,
will I be "Living the Legacy"?

What exactly does the winner get ??? - a free lunch ?, a plaque ?, a roll of toilet paper ? or all of the above :)

I am Emmett_Nancy_Roberto! I would like to thank all the little people that I annoyed to acheive this award. I shall expect Federal Express any day now.

MegaMiles, I am unable to withstand your intense and ruthless interogation of my claim. I confess. I am NOT Emmett_Nancy_Roberto. I am a fraud. The prospect of possably receiving some upgrade certs as part of the EMR Award, broke down my normally ethical standards. I humbly beg forgiveness and now move back to Coach where I belong.
