If I may offer a helpful note here, I'm unaware of any WSJ issue for "today" 2/21/00. It was Presidents Day, which is celebrated here (and I guess not in the EF's "upstairs") with a day off to indulge oneself in shopping the massive holiday sales in celebration of Lincoln and Washington!
