When you're placing an order, do you use a promotion code at all? How long does it take for the checks to be delivered?

For anyone "new" please go back and read all the posts on miles for TC and then the one's on "the letter from chase" You get the checks the next day. If you keep it to once month you might not get "the letter" I see that you can order them by phone. Is that new? Has anyone tried that and had it go through without letter? Good luck to the new guys trying this for the first time and learning from all our greedy mistakes.

Well, my husband's order placed a couple of weeks after mine was cancelled. I have called several times to Beata and Beth Geller. I was told Beata was out (at one of those conferences???). Apparently I was re-instated but he was not. We ARE going to Belgium soon and would like to have TC's that give me miles, so I will keep trying to speak with Beata and I will let you know.

Well, she's letting my husband place an order. We'll see if it arrives tomorrow. She knows about this web-site so she's suspicious of everyone. I really want TC for our trip to Belgium because I think it will be a better rate of exchange since all the credit cards seem to have gone to the 2% surcharge.It's a way of using cash and still getting miles.
