"Chase"ing after an Old, Not-to-be-Mentioned Topic

I know we're "not supposed to" talk about this anymore, but what the heck. My last 2 orders for you-know-what from you-know-whom were never charged to my credit card nor sent, and I figured I was on unnamed bank's B____ list, just like those of you who got letters from B____. On a lark, I ordered some yen denominated travellers checks for Saturday's trip, partly just to see what would happen. To my surprise, they were delivered today. (No bonus you-know-what with them, though.)

Same credit card number, same mailing address, same everything. I'm pleased but baffled. Is the B____ list history or was this just plain, dumb luck?

Well, if you got your you know whats from you know where, then I would conclude that the you know who actually isn't aware that the you know what is precicely what you know you were after - but, in this case, the you know what actually was not the goal as the you know whats from you know who were sent for your trip to you know where, So, If I were were you you should call you know who and tell them you don't know why the you know whats came without the you know what as it clearly states they do on the you know where. (They don't need to know that you know you were actually after the you know what the last time you ordered the you know whats as clearly this time your tickets are proof of your intended purpose for the you know whats.)

I can't see how they would object to a situation that clear.

I knew I'd regret skipping this thread yesterday -- the self-recrimination will be the worst form of PUNishment for not having had the chance to contribute.

Well done, all.
