When CC points, Hilton points, Wymdham points expire & how to extend?

I have 32k wyndham rewards points, 120k hilton points and 250k club carlson points. I don't have any of the credit cards related to those hotel points.

I earned the the wymdham points in May 2012, hilton points with gold status in Jult 2012 and club carlson points in July 2012.

Do any of these points ever expire? if yes, how do i extend them?

I don't think I have any travel plans for this or next year, so I want to make sure I don't get them wasted!
thanks

You should sign up for "award wallet" as it'll keep you informed of various program expiration dates

Hilton's technically expire although I don't know how diligent they are with deactivating accounts. No idea on Wyndham or Carlson.

With most programs, any activity will extend them. With HH it's easy: get the Amex or Visa if you live in a location where one or the other is offered. Do the others have credit cards associated with them?

(I'm assuming this question is meaningful because you don't intend to have the most common activity - a stay or redemption - anytime soon.)

All three of those programs also have a few transfer in and out opportunities. I'll bump a few Carlson points over to US Airways as soon as the fall Grand Slam starts.

You'll want to review the websites' T&C.

Club Carlson's points don't expire as of now.

HHonors, you need activity every 12 months. Could eat at a hotel or get a US credit card or register on topguest if you live near, or can physically be near, a Doubletree Hotel.

I am sorry what you mean by "With HH it's easy: get the Amex or Visa if you live in a location where one or the other is offered. "?

I don't have any hilton cards, No wyndham cards, No club carlson hotel cards.

Bought the wyndham points for sale over 3 months ago, got the hilton points from BOA VIRGIN ATLANTIC miles transfer( BOA VA CARD is closed) got the CC points from the recent 50k to 40k bonus deal.

Moderator observation

Asking about three unrelated programs in one thread is not the most effective way to use Flyertalk. Each of these programs has a forum, and in each there is at least one thread on the expiration topic:
