Really, if you're going to start working this, you should take the free 90 day trial of the expedited shipping. It's UPS overnight. And you don't need a code, since there's no shipping to begin with. Just put a note in your calendar for 80 days, work the GCs hard, and then cancel. Much better - less downtime. I remember reading somewhere its against their TOS or something. |

I use a code that lowers the shipping to $3.95 and keeps the $3 fee and get CB

How do you guys exit out of Amex GC since there's no PIN for BB load or for MO purchases. I can only think of AP to exit or actual spend. Any other ways?

You need to do two steps at a minimum, not just set a code. YMMV as to when/where that works.
