quick advice needed to maximize points..
 

Hi everyone
I have put to $15,000 on credit card. I cannot decided/don't know which one will get me maximum value. I have AMEX premier, CITI AAdvantage, and AMEX SPG. What do you guy think??

no min spending you have to complete? or at least a bonus?..wait i thought the prg has a bonus after x amount of spending...damn i forgot

have you signed up for a bonus promo on the aa card recently....i just got another a few days ago after the prior one expired 2/1....

Maximum value would be to first apply for a handful of cards with minimum spends.

You get 15K MR points if you put $30k on the Amex PRG this year.

What are you buying? Some purchases have multipliers.

All else being equal, IMO you'll have an easier time getting good value from the spg points since they can be used for hotels or flights. Plus, of course, there's the 5k bonus when you transfer 20k points from spg to an airline. If, however, this will will help you get bonus points or category bonuses with the premier, go with that.
