MyPoints phone number?
Does anyone know of or have a phone number to contact MyPoints "Member Care"? After numerous emails that have gone unanswered, I still have not received the 5k Disney bonus points. So, I figured I'd try the land-line instead of email. Thanks....

I don't know their phone number. I also have not received credit for several offers that I participated in. I sent them an email. They replied to my email asking for some more information which I sent to them. I have still not received my points, but I'll wait a while before contacting them again.

Sorry the two of you are having problems. As for me, they did a great job on the redemption side of things. I cashed in MyPoints for Hilton HHonor points and saw they had been credited in less than a week.

pgupta -- call them!! I just got off the phone, no holding, the rep took the info, gave him the conf # for Disney order, and credited my account on the spot. He said the points will post by this time tomorrow.
