I also didn't get the double post for United but they took away my 1500 miles. Any advise or just wait it out a few days to see what they do?

OMG I am pissed. I made a $10 purchase many days before the terms were changed to $25... my 1,500 united miles posted 2 days and now they took them away! What do we do here?

What a waste. I am getting sick and tired of these games. I only got 1500 miles in united and now they are gone. This is just too much. I think I ordered my stuff before they changed the terms. I do not have any screen shots but enough is enough. I am not going to lose any sleep on that. As far as I am concerned they can go to hell.

I called United who informed me that Gilt was not actually one of their sponsor/partners
at the time I joined and made my purchase. That was on November 30th and Gilt didn't become part of the United program until Dec 13th. UA gave me Gilt's number to discuss the matter with them. I spoke with a very friendly representative who said they will try to resolve this for me. Here is the telephone number to call (877) 445-8692 Everyone who had their sign up points reversed should take a few minutes to protest this apparent "Bait & Switch" issue with them. |
They took mine away too (I ordered before the change on only received the 1500 that I was supposed to). I called and someone is supposed to follow up. :td:

A customer service representative on Gilt's facebook told me that UA is working on redepositing the miles.

received miles two days ago and today removed. I sent e-mail to MileagePlus customer services. We shall see...

tweeted them... this was my response(s) No miles were recredited yet... I feel like I am dealing with a robot.
