steve -- i did the disney promo as well, but the points still haven't posted. i also emailed mypoints, but haven't heard a response from them yet either.

I received my 5K points for Disney purchase. I emailed Membercare with a question on how they know to credit the 5K. They asked for my Disney confirmation notice and the 5K showed up in my account a few days later.

I placed an order with Disney, but have not received the goods.
I sent them an email inquiry, no response. This company seems to have world-class poor customer service. (see previous thread about Disney Club Blast). |
Well, I took your guys suggestions and emailed mypoints regarding the posting of the 5,000 mypoints for the Disney purchase. They emailed me back and said, "Thank you for writing to MyPointsŪ. We have completed crediting your account with the correct number of Points. Please allow one full business day to view the correction to your account. We are sorry for the inconvenience but thank you for your understanding. "
Thanks for the suggestion to write them. (Note: they did take a few days to answer me) |
