Annoyed. Account suspended for unknown reason. The ONLY checkin I do is the ICH that I pass every day on the way to work. I have offered to send them a picture of the property as I pass it.

All my missing check-ins over the past several days posted last night to topguest. Nothing to the hotel accounts yet, but topguest is up to date.

Do they contact you to tell you if you have been suspended?

PCR hasn't posted my points in a few weeks. Ironically, this includes an actual stay at an HIX hotel, so my check-in was legitimate.
(All my check-ins on 4Sq/TG are legitimate; I check in at the nearest ICG brand to where I am, usually the one next door to my office. But I don't want to overdo the free points.) |

Thanks for contacting Topguest Help. It can take up to 6 weeks for points to be transferred to your Priority Club account. You should start to receive points in your account shortly. Based on your first rewarded checkin on May 7th, you should expect to start receiving points around Jun 18th. |
