upgrades on Continental using MP miles?
sorry guys, I am a new poster here, sorry if my post seems idiotic to some of you experts.

Being that Continental has joined the *A, is it possible to use UA miles to upgrade on a Continental flight? and if so, which class of service on continental would you have to book?

i just got a ua email which said that you can use mp mi's on co for awards and upgrades....good luck....

Discussed in a few other threads ... and also specifically discussed on both the UAL and CO sites as *A Upgrades. Catch is you've got to be booked into a high fare class - Y or B IIRC.
