Are you Elite+ then the answer is yes.
Mrs Stil and yours truly had a bit of an SV first timer adventure the other day (which I will write more about on a later stage, there were a couple of very good to Kknows). We were both admitted to the lounge. Her as Elite and me as Elite+.

Edit: We were admitted on grounds of my Elite+ status.

The lounge was totally empty when we arrived.
They had a very nice la carte meny and a ice cream stand.
Bring a woollen sweather there were polar bears having a party by the AC.

What does "lose your check-in" mean, exactly?

Is this still alive? Can't find anything this year :)

Whilst I am contributing to the problem I'm about to moan about, this thread is annoying as it pops up all the time and the headline is rather out of date.

Perhaps a new more relavant thread could be started. Unless I am wildly out of touch and the original headline fare is still available to book ?!

Similar experience here: after the recent flight changes (earlier departure of about 3 hours), was able to rebook on Qatar from SIN - ATH (Emirates and Turkish Airlines were also an option). Positive experience with the German call centre of Saudia (tickets were originally purchased through supersaver)

Same result for my friend, rebooked on QR, needles to say that he is over the moon. OJ would have been possible only with repricing.

Well in my case it was fairly easy. After no reaction 24 days after arrival (21 days in Germany its considered lost), handed this over to an attorney, he mailed to their sales office in Germany, no reply. So we filed a court case and 3 days after it was handed over they paid the full compensation. Actually very similar process to Lufthansa (where I am also SEN)

I tried to rebook my flight from SIN to ATH. I am not really flexible with dates and on my original date of departure, only one of the 3 flights between SIN and Doha on QR was available. Turkish airlines was also “fully” booked. I guess SV rebook only to the cheaper booking classes. I was offered 9:50 am departure from SIN on QR which was not convenient for me. I Called German call center.

I'm a bit puzzled I'm flying CGK-JED-TUN in a couple of weeks and have gotten a warning while checking the booking in the SV app.

The thing is, absolutely nothing has changed in the booking that should call for a warning.
Any ideas?

I might just be sloppy, but if my life counted on it, I can't find any differences between the original booking.

The only difference now is there are 3 warnings of disruptions...

Does anybody have the UK or German call centers number?

Got the numbers :-)

Maestro Ramen Jan 20, 2023 3:20 pm

I still have the message in my app, and now the flight has moved by 90mns total - which is a bit annoying as I won't have much time to visit JED.

PS: the first time it was just the departure that had moved, but the arrival time stayed the same!

Yes, the thread was moved out of the "Premium Fare Deals" thread last month. Once a deal is dead, it gets moved into the general "Mileage Run Discussion" thread for further discussion. Usually the title gets changed to "PREM FARE GONE" or something similar, which didn't happen in this case for some reason, but when a thread is in "Mileage Run Discussion" you can be pretty sure it's no longer active.
