[PREM FARE GONE] ST: AZ NBO-LAX OW 977 euro - fully flexible J class

Hi all,
This is a bit of a strange fare - it's a one-way between NBO and the US, but it books in J, which is fully flexible and has unlimited stopovers and transfers.
Basefare is 750 USD. Farerules:
Spoiler

Possible routings, including EY through AUH and DL through JFK:

Spoiler

Might be useful to some, especially when combining trips. Be careful: some of the codeshares may not credit to FB.
Edit: AZ J earns 200% MQM//40% MQD when crediting to Delta. The flight needs to be Skyteam-operated and AZ-coded, so don't use the AUH-route. Thanks to @Pocatello.
Other interesting partners to credit to may include VS and EY.

Possible to do a Round-trip for 1880€ so twice the price of OW
Book also in full J fare
Also has unlimited stopovers and transfers.
Can find routing on AF,DL via CDG,JFK,ATL and more

sounds like an XP printer, not too useful for me but bet some folks would love this fare!

Booked with Expedia for a long stopover in ATL thanks to OP

Sounds like another Alitalia scam maybe? :D

This fare is very useful to me. Thanks for posting!

I would like to route through ATL or MIA and do a stopover before continuing to LAX...I don't see this as an option on expedia or google flights. How do I force it into adding a stopover?

Thanks in advance.

Forcing it in ITA and using powertools to book on Priceline works :)

Just booked NBO-FCO-CDG-LAX. Tried to keep off of AZ metal. NBO-FCO is Kenya Airlines, CDG-LAX is AF 773 with BEST seats. I'm still in shock and holding breath. Anyone find anything with no AZ metal in case of insolvency?

Got a ticket number. Holding my breath....

I don't think this is fully refundable.. Booking class C does have some penalties?

All my segments are full J and the fare rules on Alitalia.com clearly stated fully refundable with no penalty. Many dates have J class inventory. I did see a few D class routings, but J is possible.

Specifically search in ITA for J-class. Sometimes it automatically gives you C or D, but J is always available and base fares of Z, I, C, D and J are exactly the same.

Delta segments can be priced for TATL, and it earns 400%-640% miles with Virgin Atlantic and 480TP, 200% for AZ/DL program.
AZ segments can earn 300% miles with Etihad Guest.

Can be a potential Status run for Delta, 40K MQM, 10K MQD.
But I am crediting it to VA and EY, 20K EY miles and 54K VA miles.

Just booked with priceline, they seem to follow airline penalties which is supposedly free cancellation and change.

Wow. Looking at trying to book this as a DL mileage run. Currently flying out of DTW, but may be able to reposition. Any advice on the best way to take advantage of this? Bit of a newbie with ITA Matrix etc. but willing to experiment.
