DL MQDs: Is This Calculation Correct?

I’m trying to get the rules straight re earning MQDs on Skyteam partners. Could folks please weigh in on the two examples below and let me know if it’s computed correctly or not? And, if not, where did I go wrong?

Example 1
MU: LAX-PVG-PKG-PVG-LAX Fare: $2,000
Business I, Business Q & F (domestic)
Total Miles Flown: 14,000 + 100% Booking Class Bonus: 14,000 = 28,000 miles
Total Miles: 28,000 x 40% MQD factor = $11,200 MQD

Example 2
CZ: LAX-SHE-PKG-SHE-LAX Fare $1,500
Business I, Business J
Total Miles Flown: 12,600 + 0 % Booking Class Bonus: = 12,600 miles
Total Miles: 12,600 x 20% MQD factor = $2,800 MQD

Booking Class Bonus & MQD factor from https://www.delta.com/content/www/en...-partners.html

Thanks for any input - I took a long flyertalk break so assume I missed a lot information when the AMEX waiver changed. Now playing catch up to address my MQD ignorance.

I was missing the key number - distance flown (*For purposes of calculating mileage credit and MQDs, "distance flown" means the calculated distance between origin and destination, as determined by Delta in its sole discretion, regardless of the actual distance traveled on any individual flight.") In this case 12,934 which leads to MQD of $5173 (.4*12,934).

Third call to Delta solved it.

MQD is based off distance flown. Note not distance flown plus bonus, but distance flown. Always calculate MQD without any bonuses. The bonuses are for MQM and RDM.
