LAX/SFO/MIA-BOM/DEL $680-$730 on LX/LH/UA/TK or DL/KL/9W
17K-20K BIS miles depending on routing. Books into K on *A, so mileage varies i.e. UA K credits 50% to most, but LX K credits 0-25% to most but 50% to UA for RDM. SWISS K good for 100% PQM on UA. LH K is 0% PQM on UA, so watch out 
KLM/9W flights book into V, which is good for 100% MQM on DL and 5-10% MQD. RDM are only ~25%.
