Great deal on AA F to PVG. Too bad I just can't bring myself to do it over booking Y SEA-PEK @ <$650 for Y and using an SWU to get in to J. F is nice, but just can't justify it over using that extra 2k+ towards another trip (Tempting to go to EZE ...)

Any RGN gems left out there?
Be careful with RGN fares, they get cancelled for fun.

I just had a ticket cancelled (granted I was expecting it) 3 months after ticketing and 2 months before departure. No apology, just a GFY from XP. Have a read of the RGN threads for the full story, but I certainly wouldn't be messing with SV... I work in Saudi and when I mentioned my $80 fare to a fairly important person over there in a meeting a couple of months ago he quietly told me to walk away from it if I didn't want any issues in future with working in Saudi. We're friends, so I have no reason to think his comment was for anything other than my own interests.

You might want to look at the fare again, it's not LAX-NYC, it's to NAS via EWR. Starting in NYC won't work. Starting in NAS maybe.

Maybe chitownflyer is in a timezone other than his/her hometown this evening.

Or there could be a chitown Europe or Asia.

Let's make this thread work.
LAX-NYC on AA for 510u$ all in OW in F is not a bad start. First leg on a 767.
Delta also has some deals from ONT to JFK for 485u$ all in.
