Wilson bridge now open
5 lanes in each direction. Under budget, on time.
If you are using the bridge during any crunch time, stay in the local lanes. the thru lanes back up badly.
the bridge has reduced congestion over the Potomac river, however, the backups have simply been moved downstream.
