Conection Question

HI,

On july the 19th me and mrs RLMK will be taking B6 1255 from BOS to IAD in order to connect to my Intercontinental IAD-AMS with KLM.

Connection time I allowed is 2HR40Mins. Woudl that be enough. Anybody have experience with this flight and it being on time or should I change to an earlier Jetblue flight?Any insights are welcome.

I'm posting here since UA has a lot of presence at IAD and may one of you could help me out.

Regards,
Ralph

Since neither of these airlines is even remotely related to UA, why did you post here?

That's enough time anywhere (except maybe ORD in the middle of winter).

I'll automatically move the question to the regional forum appropriate for Dulles.

Ralph, summertime flying envolves thunderstorms which usually build in the early afternoon. I would recommend that you show up early in BOS and attempt to get on an earlier flight, if just for peace of mind. Unfortunately it will probably come down to the actual Wx on that particular day.

Should be plenty of time since your bags will be checked through. If it was the reverse and you needed to clear customs at IAD and then proceed to Boston I would recommend more time.
