No points rooms in NYC?

No points rooms in NYC?
Marriott app shows not a single room in ANY property in NYC available for points over Memorial Day Weekend 2019. Is this possible?

The broken website/app is most likely but another possibility is if you're entering more than 2 people for your search.
Awards are only allowed for max 2 occupancy. So if youre entering 2 adults + x kids you'll get 0 availability.

No, they really don't. When the app returns no award rooms at any NYC property on any date, it's a pretty safe bet there's something wrong with the IT.
