MR Points newbie(ish) help
Ok, so I'm relatively new at the Marriott game. My company usually has an event or two a year, and I get points for the event credited to my account and the nights as described in the event package. not a problem.
My Mother-in-law held an event in upstate New York last Feb, where she had about 60 paid room nights. put down both her MR number and mine - neither of us have yet to see a point. I've called the hotel 3 times - they always say they'll look into it and get back to me. I've called the MR hotline for these issues - and they say they'll connect me to the hotel to look at it again. so now I'm confused....if nobody is ever going to look at it - is there another way to go about it? thanks, Jeff |
You should ask Marriott Concierge on FT for help by sending a PM with the details of your situation.
