MR Credit After Using LNF
I just completed a stay at a FS Marriott after a successful claim with LNF.
Actual stay was three nights and I paid $700. I got zero nights credit and 700 base points. Anybody else get this experience? |
No. I have always received 10 points per USD, plus my gold bonus, and full credit for nights stayed without ever asking, on a LNF.

I agree. LNF should not impact stay credit or dollars; and I have never had one do so...call. |

If your stay was in the United States within the past 60 days, you can get the points and night credit by calling Marriott Rewards and asking them to post the stay to your account. For international stays, you will either need to fax in a copy of the folio or send an email showing the final bill for your stay (assuming you have selected the option of having Marriott email you copies of the final bill).

Just had the same experience. For a bill close to $1000, I got 577 points, 500 of them were the welcome gift! I faxed in the bill and the correct points posted with no problem. Just fax the bill to Marriott and I have no doubt they'll correct the mistake.
