LnF Question
I'm going to stay a little vague on the property and the location intentionally, so please bear with me.
There's a Marriott property that only has a suite available. Already I can see a better price on another site. Is this an apples-to-apples comparison that LnF would kick in? Also, I have an existing reservation with another Marriott property in the same city for the same time period. Should I cancel that one before submitting the LnF claim (that is, if it is indeed apples-to-apples)? TIA. |
Is the better price on the other site for a suite also?
The room type has to match for the LNF guarantee. If you have time, cancel your existing reservation only after you get a reply for your LNF claim. your LNF claim should be submitted more than 24 hours before check in time. They get back to you from any where between 6 hours to a day. Good luck. |

So, cancel the old one, rebook, submit claim. Response is usually fast, within 12 hours. |
