HELP!

I'm looking for a good LNF rate for any of the Marriott brand Montreal downtown hotels for Sept 13-Sept 17.
Not having much luck :(.

Would prefer to stay at, in order of preference:

Renaissance Hotel
Marriott Chateau Champlain
Courtyard by Marriott (downtown)
Delta Hotel
Residence Inn (downtown)

Thought I would bump this up.
Hate to use points in Canada considering their dollar is so low.
Any advice for a LNF in Montreal for Sept 13 - Sept 17?

Looking for a better price for:

Press Hotel in Portland, Maine. I'm currently using points, but if I can find a price lower than $322 (current price) and get the 25% off, I'd book with cash instead.

Dates are Sunday, September 24th to Wednesday the 27th.

Still looking. There may not be any hope at this hotel, but I'm hopeful that someone has a trick up their sleeve for a lower price. Prepaid rate is $290 a night, but I can't even find a good prepaid rate that I'd risk to file a claim.

Looking for Mexico City, Mexico. 8/31/17-9/2/17 (2 nights) at JW Marriott (Polanco area)

Best rate I find is 135/night (AAA). Standard best rate is 169/night.

Anything better out there?
