Thanks Chris. I would have been surprised if they increased the nights requirements, but wanted to be sure that there are no such plans.

I thought this must have been an error - a 25 night increase seemed a bit much.

I just qualified for PLT Premier for 2008, and I sm quite happy so far - still trying to get to Lifetime PLT - I got Lifetime Gold about a year ago....

I thought Marriott only demoted people 1 level (i.e. You should have only been demoted to Gold).
