request folio on-line?

Is there a way on-line to request your folio from a past stay? I thought this used to be possible but I may be mistaken.

I don't know of a way. (Doesn't mean there isn't one though.) I guess you could send Customer Service an email asking for an electronic copy of your folio. They may be able to do that.

You can set your profile so that after all your stays you will receive an e-folio sent to you. But I don't think that will help you on a past stay.

After the fact you have to call the hotel, but if you set it up on line you will get them 24 to 48 hours after your stay ... thanks

I do have efolio checked off in my profile, but I didn't get it emailed the past two stays. I'll have to call internet help. I was hoping there was a simple way of retrieving it.

I thought eFolio only provides receipt information for North American hotels. How can you obtain information for Asia/Pacific? I've just done the email to Customer Service route, since the receipt given to us for our stay at the Renaissance YuYuan (lovely new hotel) was printed on blank stock paper. It doesn't contain the hotel name/address information and the accounting department is going to (probably) take issue with this for reimbursement purposes. I have the credit card receipt to go with it, but I can't read the Chinese imprints on it so I can't identify the hotel name.
