I've had to follow up on a handful of 500 PLT bonus postings, but I don't recall a single stay not posting in over 12 yrs. with the program.

More than half of my international stays do not post and thus I have moved most of my international stays to Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental.
Last year I had bunch of my international stays credited only after contacting the office of the Mr. Marriott. IMHO there is absolutely no excuse for not getting this process work smoothly. |
In the US never, except for the 500 platinum amenity points which a phone call takes care of.
I usually have probblems with the properties in Asia, and once the points do post, I have to call and have the correct number of points posted. |
Its very rare, I average about 100 nights a year over the past 4 years and it has happened twice.

Fairly often for me. I notice a missing stay about once a month. After 2 weeks, I call the 800# and they fix it right away on the phone, so really no problem except having to make the phone call in the first place.

I usually have about 5-6 missing stays every year, out of about 70 total stays. 90-95 percent of the time, my platinum gift posts properly.

Several times; always overseas stays.
