Web changes again.
What is the deal with the new website changes. It seems like everytime they make a change, it is for the worse. Why would you change the link name from Look Up Reservations to Cancel/Change Reservations? Are there more people out there that are more interested in cancelling their reservations that they cannot figure out that they just need to lookup their reservations? Talk about dumbing down.
I am having problems entering the corporate/promotional codes as well. It seems that everytime I try to enter in a corporate/promotional code, it tries to place the newly created award box as checked. The search will just bring up the regular rates when I try to enter in a corporate/promotional code. It seems like I need to go into a specific property to get this search to work. This is one of the reason why I hate to use Starwood or Hilton as they make me go into each and every property before I can use any of the corporate/promotional rates.

Well if you use the intial search it works, however, if you utilise the subsequent search features, then that is where the problems will arrise.

I did as you said, and I still can pull up hotels by listing a rate code (for instance, M11 or PKF).

I like the fact that the map is more prominenet when you do a search and that when you mouse over the numbers on the map, you can see the hotel name - a small improvement - but helpful none the less.

I have also been having problems with subsequent searches when I try different rate codes. After a couple of tries, it often shows no rooms available in the area at a given rate but rooms are available at that rate when I start a new search from the beginning.
