Mine is still down
Just called to change a reservation and mentioned it again. They seemed unaware that there ever was a problem.

Internet Customer Service thought that they had it fixed (and it is for some) but mine is still down. After having her try it, she is talking to IT again.

I got the Problem Too now !
I did some Reward Certificates and changes on reservations on 4/8 and since that change, I have not being able to do Look Up Reservations anymore.
Did you guys got any indication on what is the problem ? |

I spoke to Customer Care today and they indicated that the problem with the Look up list had to to do with one of the reservations being a Ritz Rewards Redemtion in the list that is causing the list not to show. This item will be fixed next week according to them. The 'view details' issue of indiv reservation only seems to occur if name on res is different from name on rewards account. They said they are looking at fixing this as well.

Okay...that makes sense...I have about 5 reservations at the Ritz...darn...it's not worth this inconvenience

still cannot look up reservations....
.... is everyone else still having the problem? I already emailed customer care and got the same response that others were reporting.

I have given up...5 weeks and no resolution shows Marriot's disregard for my business...

I can see my reservations page again...finally...now because of this insanity I had cancelled all my reservations with marriott so nothng to see anymore...LOL
