No longer receiving reservation email confirmation/cancellation this weekend

I made a reservation today and got nothing.

I've made four reservations between yesterday and today, and immediately got confirmations (as usual) for all four.

Tried again this morning.
I don't get the automated email from reserving and from cancelling. But if I open the reservation and request an email, that I receive. Same email address. Seems like there is a bug with Marriott. |
Not receiving reservation confirmation emails
Twice over the last week, I have booked a reservation and never received a confirmation email. I am receiving other emails normally, so it is not an issue with my email account. The email address on file with Marriott is correct. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Yes. Going back several weeks. I think I saw a thread here somewhere.
Hope they replace Marriott IT with SPG IT. Oh, and they don't send cancellation emails either. |
Same issue and very frustrating. This is like basic, basic stuff.

I'm finding that when I do get a reservation confirmation email, it doesn't show the rate per night, only the total cost for all nights including taxes and fees. This is not much better than worthless.

Ironically, I have been receiving reservation & cancellation e-mails without issue, BUT like MSPeconomist said, they're practically useless. |
Isn't this charming? Businesses have pushed us to the the self serve internet and paperless then purposely restrict & obscure the pertinent details and data of increasingly complex transactions (i.e inconsistent cancellation dates) clearly to make it as difficult as possibly to reevaluate plans & prices once made. Its not by accident, Marriott & Southwest seem among the worst.

Same here, I made four separate reservations this week and haven't received any emails however i did get the email with the bill when I checked out.
