When I click on the link I get an AJAX error - looks like IT is busy playing with it. This is just one of many possible problems, and why I copied this into my own Excel sheet, as I do every year with Category changes.
TPG looks to have posted the exact same - https://www.dropbox.com/s/cvq6t7k38d...hart.xlsx?dl=0. Take a look, and I suggest downloading it. TPG may eventually delete it just as SPG usually does. |
i wouldn't be surprised if some further changes are coming & that is the reason they took it down....

This map is a cool concept, but it seems that there are a ton of missing properties. For example I just looked at a few random places such as Guanacaste, Costa Rica and Kelowna, BC. The properties in those locations aren't listed.

Mystique was Cat8* in the original list, so nothing changed there. There are threads on "let's book 8* properties proactively", discussing strategies/pros/cons/considerations.
42 new properties added - 17 going up, 22 going down, 3 no change. Net impact is 0.0092% more points than the previous evaluation. (Massive! anyone?)
