No kidding! Just getting around to getting a stay that posted erroneously corrected (got 9K base points on a $3,200 stay as Plat) & now the website doesn't do the drop-down so that you can figure out what got posted wrong/right or whether the 500 or 750 points for PAG or brekkie.

And the rep I called sounded clueless - well it shows you received points. Uh yeah, but not the correct amount. Well send it to me & I'll see if it needs to be fixed. So need to call back & get a different person.

:mad: :mad: :mad: Since Marriott has basically abandoned FT in favor of its own Insiders, guess I'll need to start a thread over there asking for the functionality to be put back in.

Also when I tried to find the menu drop down to get the phone/fax #s for Utah like they used to display, couldn't find it.

The other thing is that I made 3 separate reservations at the same property for later this year. After making the first ressie, I clicked on make another reservation at this hotel, added the new date, get a new confirmation #, do the same a 3rd time with a new date & confirmation #. Today I happened to be checking upcoming reservations & it showed 3 reservations at the same property - for the exact same date, even though I plugged in different dates. It evidently defaulted back to the first ressie date. So guess I won't be using the make another reservation at this hotel process again, but just make 3 separate ressies under find & reserve process.
