Is Virtual Concierge a Thing of the Past?
 
Checking in to the Vienna Marriott on Monday, July 8. Have yet to receive a reminder of the stay or an email from the Virtual Concierge. I am surprised that it is this late.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I was going to ask to be considered for an upgrade. Would it be advisable to call the Platinum line to request this since at this late date it does not appear I will get this email.

Nope, it is not. Some hotels might not send out that but I have one for stay starting in 2 days.

If you need the direct url for Vienna Marriott VC, it's http://www.stayatmarriott.com/vieat

BTW, entering the hotel's 5-letter code after the final slash will get you the VC for (most of) the full-service properties.

I got the virtual concierge emails for every stay I booked in Hong Kong earlier this year, but for only one of my USA stays. So, I guess it's one of those YMMV things.

Just look at Marriott web page and go to the hotel in question then look at the URL and you will notice the code there.
