New Website Design!
Surprised not to see anything here about the new Website design....
I actually like the new site. It's pleasant to the eye, intuitive and makes lots of stuff easily available. Kudos, Marriott. Given the colossal cruster fluck that was the last design change, it's a little shocking to see such a good effort this time.

I am seeing it and it's spectacular! I'm on an Apple. Maybe it's only been switched for Apple?
Others may disagree, but IMO, it's a vast improvement. The floating boxes are gone.
A little history for those who may not remember: I started the threads on FT and MI last time there was a site change, griping about the moving boxes, the disappearance of the missing stay box and ridiculous wheel of reservations. The fact I'm enthusiastically embracing this new site tells you Marriott has impressed a critical eye with this update.
The site is uncluttered. Links to everything you need are right there, and there are pictures serving as links grouped together, but nothing moves and drop down menus do not open on top of other things and the layout is clean.

On Mac I'm seeing old site with floating windows on Chrome, Firefox and Safari. New site access probably targeted.

IE9 (I had to dig it out) still shows old site on Win7. Same as FF20.
I can access it using the link above though.
Could it be - a program website change that FT'ers applaud? That's been a rarity IME. I'm going to start exploring.

Got it with the link from #7. I like it. Much less sexy, much more functional.

Just accessed it through the link above, using IE. A note to those who do that: It's much sharper and cleaner on Safari for me. It's still a vast improvement, looking in IE, but it's probably not finished for IE yet, as a couple things are askew.
Thank goodness for the PTB at MI who finally realized their site is a tool, not a destination. With business tools, ease of use and lack of clutter are best.

I like it, especially the bigger input boxes.

Still getting the old site through the bookmark, but accessed the new one through the link in #7 above.
Looks like a great improvement, but I didn't do much looking through the site in detail. Certainly the "first impression" is much better (to me at least).
