PBI - Courtyard or Marriott?

For a quick overnight near the PBI airport. The Courtyard is more expensive with the Marriott offering a $99 "renovation rate" - pretty good for a weekday. I'm just looking for a nice place to sleep with an early morning departure, so breakfast, etc. are not an issue. I'm guessing they won't be renovating during the nighttime, but any opinions on either property would be appreciated. Both claim to have airport shuttles.

Marriott is the former Sheraton. CY is closer to the airport. I'd go with the cheaper of the two. (Well, actually I'd Priceline it.)

Is this one of the new, improved Courtyards? It's about 30% more expensive than the Marriott.

Price dropped at the Courtyard, so no reno dust for me. It does sound like the Marriott will be worth checking out when they're done.
