If you get a chance to see a bull fight, do it. They fight the bulls on horseback. I saw one there many years ago - it was beautiful. They don't hurt the bulls.

Plat treatment?
 

I am booked for a 34 night stay next month and was wondering how Plats were treated at this hotel. Any posibility of a suite upgrade?

Since there doesnt appear to be anyone here that has stayed at this hotel recently, I will post a trip report when I get back.

One word of caution for business travelers where high speed internet is important in room is that even though the Guest Room Description on the main hotel page states they are "Equipped with high-speed Internet access and a spacious work desk for the business traveler " a quick search of the printable hotel fact sheet stated differently.

After 20 minutes talking to the Plat desk trying to figure out which wording was correct they finally called the hotel and were informed that only Executive rooms have in room high speed and that normal rooms do not (they offered wireless high speed in public areas and the business center for the unfortunate ones not in the chosen rooms).

The rep requested an upgrade for me so we shall see what shakes out upon checkin.
