Name and address for special request?
To whom would you suggest writing?
I stay at lots of Marriotts but get no credits because it is on a master bill that I don't pay. I'm going to write and ask for a "status" card for upgrades and lounges (not points).

Have you tried calling customer service and asking to speak with a supervisor? I would go that route first. If you don't like the answer, call back later and keep trying - I think they'll do something to make you happy!

I wrote about a month ago to a marketing VP address I chose from the web site.
I'm better stating a case in writing than on the phone <smile>.
When I didn't have a reply, I posted the message that started the thread here. Within 15 minutes of the post, I received a telephone call from Marriott, comping me to silver, this year only, and suggesting I pay myself and then get reimbursed. Now it could be sheer coincidence, or it could be this topic is well-monitored.
I appreciate what they did, and have started saving copies of my folios. I have stayed 10 nights in Marriotts so far this year, but none with any credit to my own account. I consult, the stays are billed variously, I'll enjoy this year and then see.
