Lost Miles
 

I have been trying for over a year to get Marriott to credit miles to my account after I booked a conference into one of their hotels in US. I have written and emailed on several occassions and have called both the hotel and their 800 number (which costs me a fortune to be on hold as I am calling from outside the US). As yet I have had no luck. Any suggestions?

Send a certified letter to J.W. Marriott, Jr. You may get a phone call from a staffer trying to get the facts (I did). Those staffers can make things happen.

I wish I had better advice but I have always had problems receiving credit for stays if it doesn't automatically posts. Faxes and Mail are always unanswered in my experience.
