I am not sure about the rest of you, but my account on Marriott's web site has not been updated in over a month! I am happy to report though that i have checked my account via their 800 number and my bonus points for paying with a credit card have been posting a day or two after the stay.

That is, paying with a VISA credit card.

my account is updated and shows the stays in Bangkok form march-23.

No VISA bonus miles yet, but Marriott did state for that promotion, that those bonus miles will only post 6 to 8 weeks later.

I haven't stayed in a Marriott in about a month, but the website does reflect my last stay.

For what its worth...

My account is current on the website. My stay on April 20th has posted.

My account is current, also. My stay on April 29 posted. Half a dozen stays with double VISA points are all posted correctly, no waiting.

That is strange. I just checked again and my account only shows activity up until 4/04/00, even though i have been staying at a Marriott every single week since the beginning of the year and continue to do so! at least my account is current via the 800 number.

My account has not been updated on the web site since Feb 8 - and I have stayed several times since then. I even got my statement in the mail yesterday through March 30. Usually the mailed statements are really behind. I guess all that work they are doing on changing the elite levels is preventing them from updating anything?

I was having a similar problem, but Marriott seems to have recently updated their website.

Until about a week ago, the website didn't show stays for me as far back as 2/7.

Now, the website shows my most recent stay (4/29).

The site has not been updated since 4-1-00 for me. Very frustrating considering Marriott is so good in so many ways.

I feel a little uneasy reading these comments, because I signed up for Marriott Rewards recently. Their email to me said my account "was being prepared for online viewing" and I would be contacted via email when it was ready, in about a week. After 2 1/2 weeks I emailed them asking why I hadn't heard anything. This was a week ago and they haven't replied. Not off to a good start!

I wanted to look something up on my account, but they have to "prepare your account for viewing". I received a response saying my account was ready within 24 hours.

Another option is to use the automated phone service. It is usually more up to date and you can hear information for your last five stays.
