This generally occurs when a poster believes that by posting a rant (or complaint) without the property's name, there is an implicit threat that if the property doesn't provide a remedy that satisfies the poster, the name will be-voila-revealed to all of us. I've noticed this is becoming more frequent, and the posters are usually recent to FT. Don't know if that's the case here, but the obvious absence of the property's name in two posts by the OP makes one think so.
