How long for points to post?
 

I completed a stay at the Boston Long Wharf location (under construction, btw) last Wednesday. The points from that stay still have not posted. How long does it typically take for points to post?

(I was part of a conference and using the conference room rate. Could that be impacting things?)

I've had points post within 72 hours, others that took a week, and still others that never posted, and required a missing stay request. The missing stay request says 10 business days, so I'd give it that before worrying too much.

I have been told by customer service that when using a group / convention rate, it takes longer (much longer sometimes) for the points to post. I usually give it at least 2 calendar weeks and then call to get it posted.
