Renaissance Allentown PA. Great use of our certificate. New property, great staff, nice lounge. Easy weekend getaway from NY, NJ or PA.

Now if Marriott would only offer certificates during Mega bonus promos.

Or at least offer mega bonus promos.

The Renaissance Downtown Phoenix is a really good hotel. Great employees, good location for visiting Phoenix and it's in a great state of repair:

I've had the welcome cert twice (US Chase Marriott, never used and expired; Chase Canada Marriott, still active), and I've asked several times with Marriott Rewards now. Every time the answer has been these can only be redeemed by you the cardholder and no one else even as a booking for them. The only thing that the will do is re-issue the cert once valid for another 6-mos from the date of issue.

But at least we have outrageous cat 7s to blow points on right? :rolleyes:
