I'm adding La Concha to my no-go list, in only that the wrist that I broke there still hurts like h*ll to the point that I'm getting an MRI on it tomorrow to see what's wrong.

Following on from my earlier post no. 15...

St Pierre Hotel and Country Club, UK. An odd setup this, rooms are in a series of houses, inside they're like a regular, and spacious hotel room, but a walk outside is required to make it to the restaurant and bars. Food in main restaurant is excellent, but the entire hotels pricing system is quite expensive. Excellent golf courses.

Marriott Hotel Bristol City, UK. A competent and very comfortable hotel that seems to routinely upgrade. Clean and well kept, great value for money, well stocked comfortable lounge.

Marriott Sharm, Egypt. Fantastic value for money from a clean and very well kept hotel. Upgrades routinely, but not very often from Mountain to Coastal. Food excellent, esp the oriental. Piano bar was indifferenty though. Mountainside is quieter and pool attandants very co-operative. Prices reasonable throughout, with roomrates being very strong value.

Marriott Hollins Hall Hotel and Country club, UK. A top value choice this in wonderful countryside with a good golf course, in parts spectacular. Great food and motivated helpful staff.

Marriott Toronto Airport, Canada. Typical airport hotel from Marriott, not cheap and not special, but comfortable with good food and service.

Stayed again several times at the locations previously mentioned, all remain consistent with my earlier post...

Rive Guache - Paris
Marriott Village - Orlando (all of the hotels have "upgraded" me as an elite)
Marriott Birmingham. After a year there they all knew exactly what I wanted :)

OK.
Courtyard Foothill Ranch. (it's next door to the office, no other real redeeming points)
Marriott Resort - Hilton Head. Generally get a nice upgrade, but it's just an older hotel

REALLY DISLIKE
Marriott Vacation Club- Harbour Club in Sea Pines. WHAT A DUMP, horrid service and overall just very overpriced and hyped.
Courtyard CDG which I think is now the Marriott. Any "airport" hotel that doesn't have a free shuttle should be ashamed of themselves.

I agree that the MVCI in Sea Pines is awful- Rooms smell, pool with mold, horrid.

Wentworth By The Sea, NH. Very attentive staff and nice lounge.

I must disagree on Charlotte Marriott City Center. Lounge is great, but you dont live in the lounge. Rest of the staff has no customer service skills. Something is lost on Southern Hospitality there. Rude, even got to the point with problem after problem in rooms over 4 months (client preferred hotel at the time), I was given the best line 'if you dont like all the broken stuff why dont you leave'.

Luckily that was when the Residence Inn Uptown Charlotte popped on the preferred list. Nice place, but even at the RI, I got tired of the blood stained bathroom carpet in the room I got every week for 4 months. Probably still there. Can anyone name the room number?

Go
Springhill Suites Tampa
Courtyard Boston-South Boston
Springhill Suites Williamsburg
Brooklyn Bridge Marriott

Maybe
Courtyard Marriott LGA airport
Teaneck Marriott

Avoid at all costs!
Fairfirled Inn & Suites Dulles Airport-at some point, I'll give my review on FT about the problems I experienced here last week. As of now, it's on TA and I contacted Marriot directly twice about them-once while I was there and again in more detail, once I was home.
