How is the buffet breakfast in the Cypress Grill these days? 12-15 years ago it included smoked salmon, eggs benedicts, strawberry smoothie shooters, and homemade apple turnovers.

Judging from the tripadvisor pics, all this has been replaced by some extremely pedestrian donuts and biscuits/gravy. Is this true or does the good stuff still exist?

The facilities are basically as nice as they can be for a remodeled facility; however, the attitude of the staff would make me avoid this place entirely. Besides the one person saying welcome on the way in, I interacted with at least a half-dozen others who did not show the bit of hospitality.

Any more recent stays at Marriott Tulsa Hotel Southern Hills? I am there next week for a conference.

Lounge is not open on weekends (Sun after 5pm excluded), no coupons offered. Not key accessible. For use during the week there is wifi and an internet terminal.

Any update on the Renaissance lounge hours during the week? I plan to stay there in two weeks. The master thread report is from 2016.
I know the lounge at the Tulsa Marriott is fully functional during my stay there in September 2022.

Any recent reports for titanium breakfast offerings at the Renaissance Tulsa? Club? Restaurant instead?

To update - breakfast was full buffet in the restaurant. Wonderfully friendly staff.

hotel will be undergoing a much needed full renovation soon but the staff here are very good.

Hi all

I can't seem to find much information on Tulsa Bonvoy hotels. Is the Renaissance the place to stay? I will probably be staying for 6 nights in October. I have a race in Tahlequah about an hour away and will return early the next day. The Fairfield Catoosa (or even Muskoge) is a bit closer, but normally I would expect a Renaissance to be much nicer. Any others worth considering?

I'm a Plat, so the breakfast at Renaissance should be much nicer. I'll head back to the airport after a couple of days to get my rental car, and then will have to pay for parking after that.

My favorite in Tulsa is the Ambassador Hotel. The breakfast is great, and I prefer being closer to midtown/downtown. Parking might be more of a challenge at the Ambassador. They have a pretty small surface lot, but I think you can also park across the street. It's never been a problem for me, but if your race involves a hauler, it could be an issue. There's more parking available at the Renaissance and Fairfield Catoosa.
