I am trying to refer a coworker to open a Bonvoy account through the referral program where he and I would each get extra points for his first 5 stays. I have tried several times and he never gets the email. It’s not in his spam and he’s not already a member. I called customer service to see if they could do it over the phone and they said no. Any suggestions?

That was my experience several years ago. NEVER worked for me.

It can be done over the phone, but finding an agent with the knowledge to do it can be a problem.
