Titanium customer line
Hello,
just experienced the worst customer service in my life. Called Bonvoy titanium line to get the correct amount of points posted (a hotel short point me on a stay) to get a lecture on how I should understand Marriott’s process, I can’t speak to supervisors and I can basically get lost. She said if I want I can call again and she knows she is rude. Literally told me yes I know I am rude. Any pinpoints on how to get a US based customer service? A normal human being that can assist? thanks |
Just keep calling back, you'll eventually get US if you're calling the US number.
