Had a 5-night stay here this month. As a platinum, I was given a room on the 29th floor (which was assigned to me in the morning, well before my indicated 'normal' arrival time). While I had a suite at the Renaissance Palm Springs last week, I liked the furniture/layout in the standard King here better. Everything in the room was in good condition and plenty of outlets. Others have posted photos, so I won't duplicate those. I would not call the water pressure strong at all, but it does come out hot in the shower (and very cold from the cold tap, which I like if I want to have a drink - but that might be a function of it being February). The room HVAC has been easy to keep at a temperature I like. (I will say if you are in the meeting space, the temperature will fluctuate a lot from zone to zone.) Rooms do have small mini-fridges, even though the Marriot rooms pages do not list them. While the bathroom isn't huge, there is a decent amount of counter space around the sink, but then only one hook (like remove the generic artwork and have a proper towel rack please).

3 of the 4 elevators were in service for the bank that serves the higher floors, but I never had long waits. All of the staff have been friendly. Ate twice at Dean's (one takeout, once at the bar) and that was very good. The lounge has been good with a variety of items at all hours and they seem to wait a few minutes until after the end of the posted breakfast time to pull the buffet as opposed to packing it up early. Current lounge hours are:
Daily: 6:30am-10:00pm
Breakfast: 6:30am-9:30am
Hors d'oeuvres: 5:30pm-7:30pm
Dessert: 7:30pm-10:00pm
Adult Beverages (not complimentary): 5:00pm-9:45pm

My customer is paying for this stay, so it is abstract for me to think about the value too deeply, but I am enjoying this room/facilities more than the JW Washington DC this past August (although if I had to pick DC vs Indianapolis as a destination, but that isn't related to the hotel).
