Finding status expiration
Where on the app or web can I find the expiration of my status.? The home screen on the app shows my status, but no end date. Looking at the online membership card , it’s the same. No date.

I have the same problem, can't see that either, did look on my Marriott Android app and my desktop pc nada...

I see it exactly where justned said I would find it. Using iPhone mobile chrome (requesting desktop version). Here is a screen shot:

HOWEVER, i saw the same wordings at the TOP of the You are Plat Elite, Member since ..... But the wordings have no date, nor clickable. Below and above the Certs , all I have is "you are lifetime silver elite"... (I have no idea about that!) EDIT - Apparently it is browser issue - FireFox does not show it but Chrome does. |

I am using Android 10, Chrome v 80.0.3987.162, access Marriott web site, login into Bonvoy acct and yes, it does shows the status expiration as stated by some users above. Even I am Lifetime Gold, it showed my Gold Elite status expiry of Feb 2022. As for PC Windows 10 Pro, Chrome v 81.0.4044.92, no, it doesn't show status expiration. |
Nor on the Marriott Bonv°y app, using Android.
