I attend multiple conferences/trade shows each year where the hotel is booked through a portal. In each case I make a note to call the hotel two weeks ahead of the event to see if they have my reservation and to add my membership number if I can't see it in the app.
Thanks for the great idea. That's exactly it, I don't see my reservation in the app, but the conference may not have sent that to the hotel yet. It's next month, and the hotel has tried to walk me in previous years, I will call them in a couple weeks.
