Stays from UK Credit Card not credited
 
I have the UK Marriott Rewards credit card from Creation and, despite qualifying for the 10 stays bonus, the stays have not been credited to my account.

I spoke to Creation and they said the stays have been credited to my account, but they haven’t. I spoke to Marriott on the phone and they opened a support ticket but never followed up. I sent an email to [email protected] early December and they never responded.

Im set to finish on 41 nights for the year so will lose my Platinum status without these bonus stays.

Any ideas on how to resolve this before the end of the year? Incidentally I’ve had this credit card for several years and have always received the bonus nights in previous years.

i had the same issue but last week my 10 nights finally arrived.
my 2000 anniversary points posted on the 8th of November... but it took until 11th or 12th of dec for the 10 nights to post.

Yip that was the same as me, I noticed last Tuesday (11th) that the nights had been added on.
